Blades of axial flow fan are made out of fiberglass and hollow in construction using airfoil profile combined with variable chord and twist to give uniform airflow. The skin of the blade is designed for mechanical and fatigue strength to give extra service life. The leading edges are cast out of erosion resistant tough polymer. Each blade is moment balanced for interchangeability. |

Blades can be offered in special ceramic coating for extra long life. Cast aluminum blades are available from diameters 450mm to 3400mm (4' to 11'). These fan assemblies are suited for round packaged towers. |
